Still waiting for screens on windows / porch door. Outdated. Rent too high, loud neighbors. Overall 4/10. Biggest positive is location. Everything else sub par

I like it here, it is nice and quiet and calm place to rest my head.
No bugs and a few minor cosmetic issues but overall a cozy place.
Dilapidated Dog Park, No water for the dogs tho, bring your own water.
The price is alot and even if you can pay they have high requirements to stay there.
I would stay for a long time but High rent and not allowing someone who DOES make enough to stay makes it not as great as I would like.

In less than a month of being here, my car has been vandalized and had a window busted out. Several other residents are experiencing the same this morning. There is inadequate lighting in the parking lots, and no cameras at all. My car was parked facing the leasing office and still got broken into!

This apartment complex is really nice and I enjoy living here. I do wish that the gym would open so we had access to it since we are paying for it.
