I was told the gym would be opening shortly after I moved in. I’ve now been here for 9 months and it still hasn’t opened. There are some security issues here as well. Other than that I’ve enjoyed living here

Riverview North is a great place to live, offering a comfortable and modern apartment experience with only a few minor drawbacks. The units are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with updated appliances, making them feel fresh and inviting. The community amenities, including the fitness center and outdoor spaces, are well-maintained and provide nice perks for residents. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The management team is... generally responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. However, parking can be a bit challenging at times, and occasional noise from neighbors can be noticeable, though not a major issue. Additionally, while the rent is reasonable for the area, slight increases over time could be a concern. Overall, Riverview North is a solid choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, with just a few small areas for improvement.

Still waiting for screens on windows / porch door. Outdated. Rent too high, loud neighbors. Overall 4/10. Biggest positive is location. Everything else sub par
