Well, as new applicant and very first-time relocation to Tennessee, I felt very reluctant on my relocation decision. Fortunately, there was an apartment Consultant, who rather encourage my final decision. And I never regret moving to this apartment, till date. Very Nice, quiet and peaceful environment.

Very spacious apartment and the location is great. The community seems very quiet and chill so far. Which is awesome. So far the only complaint is you can’t use the pool table if the office isn’t open. ????

The neighbors are horrible stomping all kinds of the night and when you tell the office about it seems like they don’t care I shouldn’t have to hear them stomping on purpose

Great location and a few amenities my previous place didn’t have. I like the grilling area, no carpet in common spaces and the built in microwave. The application process was way to difficult…more like buying a house, but I’m glad it’s over
