Amazing!

Absolutely Perfect! We love it here. Everything from the management staff to the landscaping is on point. Our townhome is beautiful and very spacious, not to mention the amenities the property has. They are always doing things for the community such as coffee & donuts, trunk or treat for the kids and our favorite, the food trucks that come out quite often. I can't think of anything negative about living here at all!

WORST place to live!

If you want to live in a place where management is constantly getting on you for meaningless items like snooping their your back porch to look for tiny pieces of trash so they can fine you and squeeze more money out of you then this is the place for you!!
New management took over and they are extremely rude and just want to get as much money from you as they can. I asked them to wear a mask when they came to change out the filters in my home and they refused to wear one and said I could do it...
myself then and walked away. Their office keeps closing because they keep getting covid which is not surprising since none of them wear masks or do proper sanitization. They show off the pool but have extreme limits on when you can come so it is pretty much worthless unless you don’t work during the day.
Please don’t live here. Management is writing false reviews to boost their ratings and I promise you if you talk to any of the residents who actually lived there they will tell you the truth.

We are truly sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the service provided by our community team. We strive to provide everyone with the best customer service possible. It is stated in your lease under the rules and regulations what is acceptable... on your patio. Unfornautely trash is not allowed. We take COVID very seriously we must sanitize our office multiple times a day. When we enter a unit for any reasons I assure you our staff members wear a mask and are instructed to do so. The office was only closed for one week when our Clarksville staff had COVID and we notified our residents that the office would be closed but we would be working from home. The only other time it was closed for a week was during the snow storm. Due to COVID for the summer of 2020, we were under strict guidelines to open the pool during office hours only so we could keep track of the maximum capacity that we were allowed from the local and state guidelines. Our staff is not allowed to make false reviews as this goes against our policy. If you have any questions at all, we encourage you to please contact the leasing office. :)

Best place ever!

I absolutely love this place! I have lived here for over 8 months and its amazing! The staff sends out important messages we need to know and have friendly resident events every few months. I love the fire pits the most! I enjoyed them on cold nights. Its peaceful by the woods. My home was clean when I moved in. Maintenance was quick to address any issues that I have.

Beautiful Home/Property

I moved in about two months ago, and I could not be happier with my home. The staff is friendly and inviting, and they have answered every question I have quickly. When I looked at pictures online, they matched exactly in person. I absolutely love my new home. Maintenance has responded to my issues fast. Just everything I must do is made simple, easy, and I feel more involved in a property than I ever have been. My only complaint is that all the food trucks are making me fat lol I would... recommend this property to any one interested in finding a new home

Avoid at all costs

Before new management took over in the beginning of 2020, this community was amazing! Previous management maintained a tight ship and kept it incredibly well maintained. Any issues were addressed promptly, and the leasing manager lived on site and genuinely cared about the “presentability” and security of this neighborhood.

In comes new management and everything has gone so far downhill. I can’t begin to list the number of issues, from trash around the property, cameras that don’t work,...
management requests to take pictures of other residents violating rules (including not picking up after animals), consistently broken or backed up trash compactors, a broken gate, inconsistent lawn care, having to ask for public trash cans to be emptied when they’re overflowing, complete disrespect and rudeness from office staff... the list goes on. They’ve also refused to wear masks when entering homes for maintenance. When approached by residents about the issue, they’ve responded 1 of 3 ways: dismissed the issues, claimed they’re doing the same as previous management did, or told residents that they can put in their notice if they’re unhappy.

COVID isn’t an excuse to neglect property management. We are ALL dealing with the effects of COVID.

They are so preoccupied with things that residents don’t care about, including food trucks and toys in the contained dog park. Yet they can allow piles of dog excrement, numerous cigarette butts, and piles of trash outside the compactor to pollute our property.

Unless the management company changes, stay away from this property at all costs!
