The apartments themselves are okay—nothing fancy, but they get the job done. The biggest downside is that there’s not much for the neighborhood kids to do, so if you have little ones, don’t expect a lot of community amenities to keep them entertained.
The leasing office staff is nice, but good luck getting in touch with them when you actually need something. Pest control comes… when they feel like it, so don’t expect a reliable schedule.
One thing I do appreciate is the valet trash... service—it’s convenient. But for some reason, they only pick up Monday through Friday? It would be nice if they included weekends too.
Overall, it’s an okay place to live, but there are definitely some areas that could use improvement.

I Love it here… It’s most definitely the peace and the neighbors…! If you want to live somewhere absolutely beautiful and also have a peace of mind in knowing you’re safe inside your home then this is the place for you.

Maintenance is absolutely amazing! It used to be a really good neighborhood until they built the second phase to add more townhouses. There is hardly any parking, if you get a guest spot you’re lucky. People keep their personal cars there and never move.
