I am so pleased with the level of service I received when my AC stopped working! The first visit, the maintenance person took their time to find the source of the issue and was so kind and helpful in explaining everything to me! I was blown away that the next visit that resolved the issue was the NEXT DAY! I am so grateful and pleased with the level of care and support I have received from the maintenance staff in the years I have lived here! Even the clubhouse staff goes above and beyond with... communication and kindness when any hiccup occurs! I love living here and recommend Heartwood at Lockwood Glen for anyone looking to join a warm, welcoming rental community!

This is going on my second year here at Heartwood. Very quite neighborhood with a mix of young professionals, family and seniors. The property is well maintained at all times and you can't beat the price for everything you get. I know, I've looked. Thanks Heartwood for making this my home.

Great community. Nice people. Beautifully organized and kept. Great staff. Plan to take the time to read Greystar leasing documents. Rent prices change daily. I chose this place based on great ratings compared to other places I evaluated. It's pretty, great location, convenient road access, it's safe and doesn't have issues I reviewed in most other apts. Apt is extremely clean. Any problems are quickly addressed. I was showed the apartments being rented, not models. Other complex's... insisted they not show the apartment being rented. Fishy.
