The location of Broadstone Berry Hill is 10/10 and so are the amenities! I love being so close to a dog park. Kelsey helped me get all situated and went above and beyond to help me get my packages before I had everything set up! It feels like the people who work here, really do care about your experience. I’ve been here for less than a month, but I am happy so far with living at Broadstone Berry Hill!

A great place to live! Close to basically anything you want to do. Because of the location you don’t have to take congested highways to get from one area of Nashville to another. A great place to live if you have a dog, because it’s right across the street from a dog park. Alec & the rest of the leasing team are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you very quickly! I am very pleased with my choice to lease with Broadstone Berryhill.

The staff here is amazing! They are very kind, approachable, and always willing to answer questions. The property is beautiful and this is a perfect location to live! I’ve been here for just about a month and I have loved every day spent here! Also, I’m super excited about the coffee shop that is getting put in near the leasing office!
