I moved into Eagle Point Apartments in December 2024 and I absolutely love it here. It’s so quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are all so friendly. The folks running the leasing office are professional and are on top of everything . Also, I have never lived anywhere where a maintenance request gets answered to on the same day. This absolutely blew my mind (in a very good way).
I am so happy I live here and I will never move again.

Great complex. Very family-friendly, and maintenance is timely. We feel wonderful being able to grow a family here at Eagle Pointe. Rent increases suck but the amount is reasonable.

Good place, unfortunately the walls are rather thin and the parking lot is laid out terribly. Everything else is great.. Maintainence is quick to respond and does a great job.
