Absolutely love the community and the townhome! We are thankful to be here and are having so much fun already discovering new things around! It's really quiet and peaceful most of the time. It's also really refreshing to see kids at the park playing and people actually walking around and all. Makes the place feel like home.

I really enjoy living here. Everyone is so helpfull. It's a great place to live. They have made some improvements around. However after the tree trimming the poor trees look terrible.

Dont get me wrong. I believe this place has so much potential, but they overcharge their existing residents and then never take care of them! Why do I see prices online for the same apartment for 300 dollars cheaper than what i pay? Ive only lived here a year! Ive put in numerous work orders just for them to cancel them months later after all but ignoring us. Our first year was great, we were treated well and our work orders were worked on immediately. They focus on getting new residents in and... making them happy, but lose sight of their already existing tenants. I have heard second hand from my neighbors that they would report mold and all the maintenance team has done is scrape it off and then paint over it with paint that doesnt seal said mold away. Most recently, the lock on our front door broke. We couldn't leave the residence unlocked, so my wife contacted Maintenance for assistance. He came quickly and put in a brand new lock on our front door. Great job and very much appreciated.

The office staff are awesome! They try and take care of everyone! I am not thrilled with certain residents parking wherever they want, in my spot, leaving cars that don’t belong there on a consistent basis.
