Great place to live. It’s quiet and peaceful. The property is clean and tidy. They recently added a dog park. I think that was a good idea to have a place for dogs.

The bad: Cleanliness upon moving into brand new unit was sub-par. Multiple areas of repair work needed indicating poor craftsmanship and fast production. A lot of bugs @ ground floor.
The good: Small community with a good mix of majority young professionals. Mostly quiet. Nice landscaping, sidewalks, 2 years old, minimal traffic, dog friendly and nice finishes throughout. Dual garages are hard to find, we appreciate that as well.
