They are becoming extremely rude

The property is okay at best. The apartment itself looks nice (weren't allowed in person viewing only virtual). Staff is rude and doesn't want to help if you don't have everything perfect

Great Communication

Whenever their were issues w/the trash the property manager is always prompt communicates w/the residents letting us know that it will get handled and follows through.

Rent increase

I am a current resident here and I am upset at the two rent increases I have received only within a year of living here. We are forced to park head in so that the police can check our tags which makes me feel like a prisoner. The pool is never really open. These apartments are supposed to be affordable yet that is not the case. The trash is always full and overflowing. Yes the insides are nice but walls are thin. I want something nice for my kids but if the rent keeps increasing I’m going to be... homeless with my kids.

Beware

I’ve lived here for three months and don’t see myself making it until the end of my lease. The kids roam freely and run in the streets. There are people outside all times of night with no security. Walls are paper thin. My neighbors are out all times of the night loud, drinking and cursing. Not what I expected.

Disappointed

I’ve lived at the Paddock for several months with anticipation of the pool opening. And as usual, people don’t act right! Bringing food and drinks into the pool area, bringing several guests and not abiding by safety rules! Trashy language and disrespectful teens! Unaccompanied kids! It makes me wish I had not signed my lease!
