This is a beautiful apartment complex that we enjoyed living in just newly built, but that does not make up for the extremely poor customer service and ridiculous charges that keep on being made up, new ones on every monthly bill. Agree with the other one star review below on all accounts. Here are all the reasons that we left.
1. Monthly $20 "security deposit" that you never actually get back, and then on top of that you get charged for things when you move out that we're not actually even... caused by you. We actually paid for a cleaning service to be done at our apartment before we moved out, and during the walkthrough, they nitpicked their way into finding reasons to charge us. For example, they were going to charge us for the cleanliness of the oven that I think I used three times over the course of the whole year. So what was the point of the monthly security deposit then? Just another fee. And when we challenged the management with pictures showing before and after of the apartment, they found new things to try to tack on. Probably to meet a quota. Don't fall for this.
After all of this happened, months later, Aura sent debt collectors after us after we disputed their move out charges. Again, why are we being charged on move out if you're collecting a monthly "security fee"? Regardless, we sent them an email a few times regarding the fees to dispute them and never heard back. Now they have sent debt collectors after us. Absolutely terrible experience with them, it's honestly not worth the niceness of the apartment because the price is overblown anyway.
2. Who in their right mind charges $50 a month for trash fees? When not only is valet trash not even collected half of the days of the week, the trash shoot is always full so it wasn't like we could take it out ourselves anyway if we didn't put the trash out during the 2 hrs of the night it was actually collected. Why would anyone pay $50 a month for that.
3. Rent was going to go up by $300 for us for the next year lease. Granted, all of the rent in Austin went up like crazy, so this is no different than other places, but yet another reason to leave. It's not like local area is nice enough like in Mueller to have a reason to charge that much. There a little dog park on one side and the highway on the other.
A few reasons among many. Passive aggressive management (or maybe just a few bad eggs), shockingly unreasonable charges, and not enough to justify the costs.

Bad management
I agree with all of the posts talking about the extremely poor customer service. They charged me for a cleaning fee even after they said they would not after I used the cleaning service they recommended. I was disputing this with them. The manager on site constantly told me I had to talk to billing, and then when I talked to billing they told me I had to talk to the site specifically. Basically every time I got to talk to a person, they told me I had to talk to someone else. I absolutely hate... this place and completely discourage anyone from ever moving into this building.
Oh and I didn't even talk about the many thefts and lack of help from the office staff during this as well.

Cash grab
My roommate had his car stolen twice and broken into once. My guest had her car towed and it costs $10 for guests to park now. We lived here for 2 years and it’s only gotten worse since, also rushed the development

Prison is a better place than Aura Thirty2
RUN!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT move here. This place is ridiculous with the rent prices - never the same amount each month - you have to pay for the pool to heated and over $50 ffor "trash valet" which has so many rules and it is not picked up daily. Oh if someone steals your trashcan from during "pick up time" it will cost YOU $75. If you plan to move here, be prepared for the noise of 13 lanes of I-35 traffic - honestly its quieter at a race track. Also, you better not plan on having a... visitor because you will have to pay at least $12.50 a day for them to park here - prices increase without notice on "special events and real estate increase"- and they have to park on the 5th floor which currently has a car with all of their tires stolen - so classy here. If you're expecting a package - pray that there is a locker open or they will leave your package on the floor in the of the locker room for anyone and everyone to see or steal your stuff. The pollution from the freeway is disgusting and it will coat your car in black sooting your air filters will be covered in sooth as well. Don't be fooled if they say they have a security guard - they don't and A LOT of cars have been broken into and they refuse to tell anyone. The leasing office staff is a revolving door - no one stays here. No one answers the phone and the community portal is a joke. But if you love being woken up by at 4:00 am to the sound of the garbage van slamming the 3 dumpsters every morning and the sound off the trash compactor going off all day long - then you just might like it here. You'll love it if you like being ripped off and being charged random fees every month. Oh I hope you don't live with someone because they will only allow 1 car to park here per apartment. Do not get me started on how cheap the construction is. Do yourself a favor and pick a different place - I had 1 day to find a place and I didn't expect this nightmare.
