The management was great and very friendly. The maintenance was great. I've put a couple work orders for the fridge and microwave and we got to get a new ones which was really awesome! They were really great and responded quickly. Overall, I had a really great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

You get what you pay for. It was what I would expect for what I paid. They don't offer 6 month leases. But this place for a year was still cheaper than a 6month placce The front office is meh but the maintenance guys were great. I'd put in a ticket and they'd come that day or the next at the very least and for all kinds of problems. When I moved out, I never saw my deposit after I moved out and had to pay even more after moving out because my roommate didn't clean the ketchup out of the fridge.... Normal stuff. All of the rooms are not the same, just because they show you something in the show room and tell you that a particular item will be in your room dose not always mean you will revive that particular item. not all of the apts are the same, some have newer and better stuff, and some have old stuff that is junk. The apartment complexes management and staff are rude and manipulative, with the exception of the handy men. The staff never seem to have any answers when you talk to them, and there... polices are made particularly vage so that they look good at first then when you have a problem they can sway things in the way of the apartment complexes. also I'm not sure if this is everyone's apt or not but my particular apartments utility bill is out outrageous. Great college apartment. Group rental. Move in , apartment was not ready but it was corrected quickly. Renewed contract for 2nd year and very happy. Fitness and amenities are good. Staff is good mostly but some turnover in college town. Furnished sufficiently.
