Don’t expect them to cooperate with you if you have a situation
Pay fees as asked follow rules as asked but if you have a situation that you need their cooperation then you are your own. Since I was traveling internationally with a dog I was going to be late and arrive after office hours and they not only refused to accommodate they didn’t try to even listen and kept talking over me reiterating how they can’t help me. Glad it happened before i had signed lease or I would be stuck. Horrible feeling just to think about that. Be very aware. They are NOT... WORTH THE PRICE. Spend money elsewhere where they will treat you like a human.

Seriously doesn’t care about its residents.
From terrible trash service that they then have the nerve to fine for over the most minor infraction, to an obvious lack of actual consideration for individuals - Apartments at the Sound has great potential only to be let down by a terrible business model.

Sound the Alarm
The Sound is an absolute nightmare. WAY overpriced for what you get. Nothing like the website promotes. Very Noisy, Roach Infestation, Tenants constantly moving out.. Nothing buy complaints once you move in and get to know residents. Broken Elevators, Broken Garage Gates, Broken Doors, NO Security, Massive Rent Hikes upon lease renewal. HUGE Moveout bills. Keep looking, there are much better places than this in the local area.

Reserved Parking; or is it?
Let me start off by saying, I'm not one to write reviews; however, enough is enough. The property offers residence the opportunity to pay for reserve parking which I do appreciate; however, over the past year I constantly come home from work with no parking space due to someone parking in my space; even though I'm paying for it. I have brought this to the attention of property management and was told their limited on what they can do and if I wanted to stop paying for the spaces they can... remove from my lease. I do understand there are laws that govern the towing of vehicles that are improperly parked but there should be signage underneath the reserve sign stating, violators will be towed or something. I pay for two reserve parking spaces to alleviate the stress of finding a parking space; however, this seems not to be the case. The current process is, Take photo of Licenses Plate number, an email or phone call is made to the residence and a orange sticker is placed on the vehicle and then maybe the vehicle will be towed. This process is not working. I'm sure I'm not the only one dealing with this type of situation. My previous residence in Las Colinas had no problem towing a vehicle which solved the problem. I'm asking management to considered developing a more effective strategy of dealing with violators.

Very noisy
We’ve lived here 3 months and have been kept awake many a night due to construction at all hours. They have extended hours permits allowing construction 12am -7pm. It’s 3am and I’ve been listening to them all night. Do not recommend!
