We have thoroughly enjoyed living here! As empty nesters establishing our "new" lifestyle, it has everything we were looking for -- a walkable lively neighborhood, top notch security, fantastic amenities, and a building that doesn't feel like a frat house. The friendliness of the other residents and staff have been an added bonus. We have yet to have an occasion where we've doubted our decision to live here.

We have lived here a little over a week and we cannot stop raving about the place. Every time we turn the corner we have something positive to say. Everyone, including staff and residents, are so helpful and kind. Everything is so clean and well kept. It's such a great place to live!

The Ascent Victory Park has been great! I moved in earlier this month and the staff has been nothing but kind and helpful. I was initially worried about traffic and some of the negative reviews but the staff was able to answer all my questions. So far, traffic hasn’t been bad, and during game days, traffic is directed effectively (although can be annoying if you’re in a hurry but planning ahead is no issue.) But you can’t beat the location and views and the coziness of the Ascent. The warmth... of the interior and layouts is not like any other high rise I’ve toured. Feels homey.
