Since the new management has taken over, this place has gone downhill. I will be moving out next time my lease needs to be renewed. - No security; originally signed a lease when there was 24/7 security - Elevators are always down - There was a time with the elevators were down and the building stairs were left unlocked and unlit for anyone to come into the building as they want - Management is not professional and doesn't handle challenges as they arise - Building is not cleaned every day... like it used to be - only the lobby is cleaned - Management ignores residents' requests for improvements - Homeless people have been found sleeping in our lobby and bathing in the pool

Poor building construction no management company can fix
Buyer beware: this so called luxury high rise appears at first glance to be full of modern touches and appealing rents. Upon closer inspection, you’ll find the building is so poorly made that no amount of discounted rent can hide the cheap cabinetry, the paper thins walls, the elevators that have been broken for over a month, the water that only stays hot for minutes, or the appliances that are the nosiest money can buy. Don’t let the cover of the book fool you. Since February the building has... had two management companies, with droves of residents moving out soon after moving in. There’s a wasp infestation in the higher level units that management just can’t seem to fix. Multiple cars have been stolen from the gated parking garage. It’s simply no luxury to be found here. Save your money and run!
