Love the location, the building staff, my space, and the other residents. A great sense of community. The only reason I hesitate to grant 5-stars is the need for minor updates to the amenities and units. They are dated. Still acceptable but dated.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. The maintenance and housing staff have always been providing the best quality service and care. The location is great in downtown and I love going regularly to Cowboys Fit that is in the same building.

I moved from across the country. Very thankful to management (I am easily stressed). They made the process pretty smooth. I wanted to live in a quiet, safe, clean building downtown Dallas. I believe I made the right choice.

I love living at the Interurban! In my opinion, it’s conveniently located downtown and is the perfect space for me. The units are all so unique and really fit my personality. The only downside, are some outdated amenities. The gym has improved since I moved in nearly two years ago, but has a way to go.
