My experience is ok people are their self in my unit get noisy at time but it's ok I been here 4 years people just need to stop allowing their use it every pick up be their dog i luv the community and the Duncanville school

Quiet, cool apartments for the most part. Just wish pest control was better about coming weekly since we live by all these trees behind us. Office management is cool.

Great place to live, spacious apartments. Pretty quiet neighborhood. I have renewed my lease twice ans have had no issues since moving here. Work orders that i have placed get worked on same day or next day.

Even tho my neighbors kids are very loud and nasty the best part about the apartments will be the maintenance team. They are still doing fantastic.
