The units are comfortable and the area is great! Lots of minor problems here and there with generally poor construction, but the leasing office and maintenance are excellent and have been on top of fixing things when we ask them to.

I have lived here over 8 years & have always enjoyed the property.
Since the new ownership took over about a year ago, we have been getting all sorts of "amenity" add-ons with additional monthly fees with no option or rationale for said fees. Seems a bit like Ticketmaster with fees on fees... in the current markey, moving is neither an option nor desired - I like my home - but this increase on increase is getting out of hand! We were also just notified of yet another change in Property... Management companies - that makes 6 in my 8 years living here.

$100-$500 Price increases yearly and questionable upgrades. Lived here for 8 years, management constantly changes, faulty billing, no real amenities aside from 5 foot deep pool and micro gym.
