Poor management; dilapidated property.
Reiger Park was initially owned by Davis RE, which bought the property to flip. Cosmetic changes were made, but nothing was done about infrastructure, such as foundation maintenance. Norniella bought the property after. We were assured the property was going to be well maintained, with the Vice President of the company telling us someone would be at the property twice a week to take care of maintenance and cleaning. However, Norniella sent someone maybe once every three or four months; typically... whenever they were trying to con a new resident. One of the former “property managers” would refuse to complete maintenance requests, because she thought she knew better than the residents, despite never actually visiting the property. Since NMC took over the property, the entire building has begun to fall apart, including foundation cracks, rats and general property maintenance (for example there are weeds in front of the structure that are larger than an average teenager). Trash is everywhere, gates and parking are largely unsecured, washing/dryer machines flood the laundry room more than they wash your clothes. Reiger Park was once a decent property, however it seems no one who is in a position to do anything cares about it; yet they still want to raise rent every year. Just know, if you move to Reiger Park, do not expect services or maintenance. If there are cracks in the wall or pests, they will remain there. You may expect to have your car broken into or your packages stolen off your porch. Basically, NMC will promise you everything and never deliver. They do not care, nor even listen to their tenants. My advice is if you do move to Reiger Park, join the Texas Tennants Union, because no one else will help you.

RATS, No A/C, Crime, and more RATS!
As a renter for over 10 years, this review will get straight to the point which is that if you have any regard for your own/your family's safety, please DO NOT move here. The management office WILL shut off the A/C starting in October-May due to their "chiller system" meaning that 90 degrees will be the norm in your apartment for you, your family, and your pets. The rats WILL flow into your apartment via your kitchen despite your cleanliness and rat traps. The laundry facilities WILL take your... money and leave you with soggy clothes to air dry in your 90 degree apartment. The neighbors from the crack house literally next door WILL steal your Amazon packages before they make it to your doorstep. The gunshots WILL go off outside of your window weekly including the nightly helicopter searches. The low cost of rent is truly not worth the peace of mind you will lose by living here. The apartment management will not take any of your concerns or problems seriously once your lease is signed. And NO ONE wants to live in a rat infested community. It has truly been the most awful apartment experience. Please do not move here!

Not a place to live
Horrible management! I complained to the office about the mouses living in my apartment but never heard from them. I place many orders to get my doorknob, my ceiling fan and my bathroom sink to get fixed but they never responded. I had to do that by myself. Not a place to live at all
