Currently in my 14th and last year residing at the 'Indigo, View, Skyline @ Kessler'. 2024 was the complex 60th year of existence. Majority of renovations to residential floors completed 2024. Do your 'due diligence' by reading and understanding lease and addendums. Non-Smoking? Clean-Up after pets? Typical apartment living issues. Hvac, plumbing leaks, flooding, noise (walls are thin), and the occasional tenant trying to turn the place ghetto. Only two elevators (no service) for tenants and... contractors. Haven't experienced a time when both were down, but there were delays during renovations. Infestation of roaches? I've see an occasional bug. They come and go. All tenants pay a monthly fee to have apartment treated every Friday.

I feel the management is much better. And it's more clean. Maintenance is on point on any repair I need. I would recommend this area to live. And very pet friendly.

Love the vibe here. It’s like a personal retreat. The staff is so friendly. The amenities are great. I love the private park with the water fountain in the back.
