Ever since I moved in a year ago, it has been great living here. Management is always on top of things and the neighbors are so nice and quiet I hardly ever hear anything; it's as if I'm the only one in the building. Plan on staying here for an extended time and bringing over my friends!

I don't think anyone should live here. The property is deteriorating, property management does not manage the property well, and maintenance only patches things.

A nice building but security & access issues need to be resolved before I could recommend it. Ashley, the on site manager, however, is truly fantastic.

My experience at the Dylan have been nice and comfortable I appreciate all of the nice and new appliances that work very well also the staff keeps the surroundings of the apartments very nice and neat. Thank you
