The elevator is constantly down. It happens so much that I no longer feel comfortable using it. The Staff are all great and very friendly, but my main complaint is the constant issues with the elevator. Also, the previous management would occasionally have snacks out near the coffee bar every other morning. I'm not sure if this happens anymore.

Good to live here. Evening’s are peaceful. The place itself is calm. Great for evening walks. Weather is beautiful to look at sitting in the balcony.

I really like it here. All the amenities are great.
The college is close by for engineering and information students. The bus facility is all close by.

Good to live here. The evening walks are one of my favorite things to do. The amenities are great here. The atmosphere is also very peaceful to live in.

Overall I'm mostly satisfied living here at Discovery Park. Communication could be a lot better and I try to stay away from the office staff unless I absolutely have to. Close to a beautiful park. My upstairs neighbors make a lot of noise, but i lived in another apartment and it was quiet. Maintenence is GREAT!
