It was a great experience moving into Eleven 11 Lexington. I completed the leasing process online without visiting the property as I was planning to move from another state. Leasing staff were friendly and approachable for any questions. Had a few complaints about the apartment and the maintenance team took care of it without any delays. Overall, it’s an excellent complex with its own shortcomings, as is the case everywhere. I’d like to highlight the quick response to maintenance issues, which is a big plus, and the excellent staff, including both managers and workers, who are always helpful.
As for the downsides, I’ve already mentioned the need to improve the cleanliness culture in the grill area and around the trash bins. There’s no waste sorting like in Europe, no coffee machine or kettle in the shared kitchen, and the office... workspace hours are limited for IT professionals in the evening. On daily trips to Kroger, I brag about how I'm treated by staff. There isn't another apartment as close to services as 11 Eleven.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here except for the issue mentioned above.

It is a very safe and quiet environment. It's also very convenient to have Kroger and several shopping/dining complexes within walking distance. In particular, the maintenance team's quick turnaround of work stands out.
