Overall good experience but beware your renewal rate might actually be above the new lease rate. No major complaints and modern interiors are nice.

So far it’s okay when we moved in it was dirty and we have seen lots of trash left out by resident while they don’t get in trouble at all also some dog owners don’t pick up after their dogs

Absolutely love this place. Love that the office gets together and does a gather night. The pool is always clean. Maintenance does a wonderful job on keeping the place clean.
