I love it here, from the customer service and communication, to the coffee, to the ponds with surrounding trail and the sound of the fountain flowing into the pool... to the friendly maintenance crew driving around with an always warm greeting. It feels like the staff actually cares. I know it's a little bit of an older complex, so I expect some signs of that, but they have been so quick to fix any issues that we've had. I love that I get to see a lot of neighbors out walking their dogs, and the... off leash dog park at the far end of the complex, and the trail behind the complex leading to the park. When I first moved in, this community was great—especially with Victoria in the office. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The staff is no longer as friendly or communicative, and management turnover happens far too often.
Many gym machines are broken and haven’t been repaired.
The whirlpool at the pool hasn’t worked since I moved in.
The business center computers and printers are constantly out of order, and the Wi-Fi is unreliable.
Parking is a nightmare, especially for guests.
The gate... is almost always open, and the parcel gate is frequently propped open, making security a major concern.
Broken-down cars have been sitting in parking spots for months.
Some residents have dogs that violate community policies, including restricted breeds like Pit Bulls and Rottweilers.
