Good but could be better, Maintenance is good but takes a long time to respond. The rent is also a bit high than what is worth. However the overall location makes it worth it.

Been great so far. Nice and quiet community and no security concerns. Staff is friendly and maintenance is very responsive to all requests. Will definitely be renewing next year.

I’m wanting to save for a house, so I had applied to 2 different one bedroom apartments for my daughter & me, thinking we could make it work for a year to reach our bigger goals. I just wasn’t sold, and had some pretty poor communication experiences in the process. Ultimately at the last minute I decided to check the pricing on these and found a 2 bedroom 1 bath with garage for $100 cheaper than the 1 bedrooms we were looking at. I walked in and told Cassie the specific apartment number that I... wanted to see and that I was interested in moving in same week. She let me view it with no problem. She was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions. She was great at communicating next steps throughout the whole process and she seemed to truly love the place and was very sincere. I’d have to say this has been such a blessing and an easy process after lots of disappointment elsewhere. I am very happy to call it home. Very well kept community. Apartments are beautiful and well laid out, and the garage is a BIG plus. Also like included new washer and dryer. Office staff and maintenance are very responsive. Signed my second lease here.
