YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE
10/10 couldn't recommend the Marq enough! I absolutely loved living here and I'm honestly so sad to leave. The location is perfect if you love living in a downtown setting but don't want to be on top of the bars. It's close to literally everything you need, walkable to the 7th street bars, always clean, the girls in the office are always so nice and know everyone by name. I personally loved that there's a lot of guest parking and you have covered garage parking directly on your floor. The valet... trash is an awesome perk. You also get discounts at the restaurants and businesses below. The fire alarm does go off pretty frequently but that was due to World of Beer, since being fixed it hasn't been an issue. One thing I would have loved was for there to be a package locker so you could grab packages after the office has closed but the ladies in the office were always accommodating if you had to get a package after hours. Personally, for the price and the square footage of the apartments it beats out a number of other close properties, I also appreciate that they didn't raise the rent hundreds of dollars when renewing like so many others.

A Great Place To Live
I’d honestly give the Marq a 10/10 rating. I’m going to list some of my favorite things about it below. 1. The staff is super friendly, they make an effort to know your name and are always happy to help with any problem 2. Super secure, there’s a night guard, gated parking, and key fob required entry so you can’t get anywhere in the building without one. 3. The amenities are great, gym is super nice, library is great for printing, the pool is nice and cleaned almost weekly, and valet trash is... free and comes daily 4. Garage parking and access on every floor so moving in was a breeze and I don’t have to walk far to get to my car 5. Super quiet community, no problems with noise at all 6. Insulated hallways to keep your electric bill from going up 7. No bugs, the apartment complex is super clean and I’ve never seen so much as an ant 8. Close to downtown and walking distance from a lot of great bars and restaurants I would recommend this place to anyone who asks. I have had nothing but great experiences here!

Great place to live
The apartments are very nice and conveniently located in the west 7th area so you have access to many restaurants and night life. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. My favorite apartment by far.
