The carpet was previously worn upon our move in and management was informed ,but upon move out they wanted to charge for cleaning the carpet as it was the same condition we moved in. We were only in the unit a total of 5 months. There was urine in the elevator, dead bugs in the corridor areas and constant issues with the elevator. They allowed residents from the condos to park in resident parking areas and management allowed it to continue. . It took almost a month for them to secure the... back door after threatening to contact corporate. I would stay far way from these apartments!

It’s Fine
It’s been okay living here, but there are a few drawbacks and some things that management could improve upon. Yes, the train is very loud at all hours of the night, but eventually you get used to it. One thing that would improve the living experience here is better enforcement of quiet hours. I get that this is hard to do at apartments (with a diverse group of people who may or may not be self-aware and/or respectful of their neighbors) but the sound of screaming kids at the pool every night is... not cool. Another thing is people don’t clean up behind their pets so you have to be extra careful when walking around on the property. I don’t see the point of the pet ID process if people are continuing to blatantly just not clean up after their pets. The hallways inside the apartment buildings are not well ventilated so it can get very smelly during the summer months. Recently, the hallways have smelled of urine. These are things that the owners can improve upon, and I hope they do.

Amazing!!!
These apartments are gorgeous!! The staff is great here!! They have gone above and beyond to make moving a great experience. You also can not beat the location!! It is so nice to be within walking distance of so many amazing restarants!! I also love the resident events they hold here!! My favorite being the resident breakfast they do!! 10 out of 10!!

Resort Style Living!
Love absolutely everything about living here! The club house area & gym is my personal favorite. A peloton bike subscription is included & the location couldn’t be better. The office staff are so friendly and always willing to help out. Will be living here for a while!!

Do Not Rent!
Management is not cleaning common areas. The paint is cheap and the train is very loud.
