From beginning to end the move in process was so easy from the online app to signing my lease. The office staff are so amazing and professional. I was approved in one day although I needed to wait a month to move they were able to hold the apartment for me for 60 days!
The community is beautiful I feel like I’m at an resort when in the courtyard!
Oh let’s not forget the clubhouse and the skylounge that is avail to rent for only 250!
It smells soooooo amazing all throughout the property!
If... you’re looking for a place Grayson is your next home! Don’t walk, RUN!

Horrible communication

I have not yet received any confirmation that I will be a resident with Grayson. Horrible communication, and slow approval process. They also closed their office for an event yesterday, and it’s incredibly hard to reach them by phone. The property is beautiful but I’m displeased with the service I was given.
