My experience so far has been.. 5 stars.
I leased my apt. sight unseen ..it was exactly like the photos they sent. The staff are very friendly.. professional.. knowledge of the property...and willing to help their residents..they CARE!

I have moved to the US from Europe. I love everything about this apartment complex. One of the best in Galveston. The management is nice and efficient, the maintenance is great and very professional, the territory is beautiful and secure.

Just moved in. Morgan and Vanessa in the office were awesome! The move in process was seamless, which was so appreciated. They provide tools for renters insurance, electricity, cable/internet discounted packages, and change mailing address. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. Loving it here so far!!!

Nice,quiet and safe with excellent maintenance. Landscaping is beautiful and well maintained as well as other common areas including the two pools

We have been here for a couple of months only but we love it. Management is very professional and polite. The maintenance guys are also very professional and polite as well. They take care of your requests very fast. The gardens are clean. They clean the pool every morning. It is very quiet. Overall, we made the right decision moving here.
