Just moved in. Morgan and Vanessa in the office were awesome! The move in process was seamless, which was so appreciated. They provide tools for renters insurance, electricity, cable/internet discounted packages, and change mailing address. The property grounds are clean and well maintained. Loving it here so far!!!

We have been here for a couple of months only but we love it. Management is very professional and polite. The maintenance guys are also very professional and polite as well. They take care of your requests very fast. The gardens are clean. They clean the pool every morning. It is very quiet. Overall, we made the right decision moving here.

The property is nice and maintenance is great, but the property manager, Morgan ruins it for me. I would never live there again, nor recommend anyone else too as long as Morgan is still the manager.
