So far it has been a pretty good experience. Parking is definitely a struggle sometimes. Also the key fobs and gates don’t work sometimes with the app. But I enjoy my apartment and it’s very modern and nice.

The sales staff are awesome, and the apartments are nice, however, the maintenance team needs to learn how to communicate with residents. The A/C has been out at my apartment for over 7 days now. The maintenance guy thought he fixed it on the second day and then cancelled my request without asking me if the A/C has been fixed. I emailed them and called them, and they don't seem to care to remedy the situation.... Also, if you come home after 8-9 at night, it is hard to find parking without... having to walk a distance..
