I just want to give a shout-out towards the whole team at the Melrose apartments they were very warm and welcoming from the beginning. Now Ms.Yahela was the bestttt! very helpful throughout my whole processs helped me out so muchhh and I’m very grateful to have worked with her she got me in and taken care of and I’m so happy to now be a Melrose resident!!!!

I recently had the misfortune of living at Melrose Apartments and was extremely disappointed with the management and maintenance services. The office was often a mess, and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone via phone. Calls would go unanswered, and tenants were frequently left wondering if anyone was even working.

To make matters worse, the office would sometimes be closed during business hours, leaving residents feeling abandoned and ignored. The lack of staffing,... particularly in maintenance, meant that work orders would take an inordinate amount of time to be completed, leaving issues unresolved for far too long.

Furthermore, I witnessed the manager on property, engaged in a prolonged conversation with one of the workers, seemingly oblivious to their responsibilities. Meanwhile, the other office staff appeared uncertain about their roles and responsibilities, contributing to the overall sense of disorganization and neglect.

I would not recommend This Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and maintained living environment. The neglect and disorganization were evident in every aspect of the complex's operations.

I have lived here more than 2 years since they started the renovations. I love how quiet and nice the community is. The inside of my unit is really cozy and I love having a pool right outside my door. The office staff especially Ivana and Sheldon are very friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue.

Everything is brand new! Peaceful place to call home. The new unit has granite and stainless steel appliances which are extremely nice! Perfect Lin the heart of the city

This property is astonishing and the management of the facility couldn't be any better. I wake up and fall asleep in paradise every single day
