How Is This Rating Determined?

A good community

I lived in San Antigua for 2 years. I had to move for work if not I would have continued staying there. Management team is the best. Maintenance issues were resolved in a timely manner. Surroundings are clean and well maintained. Would like to make a special mention for Ileana, she was very professional and answered all our questions during the move in and has always been helpful in general when ever we approached her with anything.

Best Apartments

I’ve lived here 5years couldn’t image living anywhere else there management team make you feel at home, pet friendly ,neighbors it just keep getting better living here they go over and beyond for there residents I love it here

Used to be good, but is now mismanaged

Jessica, the apartment manager, doesn’t keep track of how many guests people have during the summer so it’s over run by people who don’t live there. They break glass by the pool and don’t clean up after their dogs. The winter is quiet, because she always closes the hot tub during the only months it would actually be nice to have.

Management also lets people party until 3am on weeknights, and they never in my years living here have checked parking passes, so the parking lot is always full of...
too many more cars than it’s designed to hold.

The “events” they like to host are often multi-level marketing schemes selling junk essential oils.

Save yourself a headache and don’t live here. The manager is incompetent, which drags the whole place down.

I'm not sure what apartment complex keeps track of EVERY person in the pool area, if you know of one, we'd love to contact them to get some pointers. In regards to the hot tub, it was closed a...
couple of times last year due to repairs, it has never been closed for a significant period of time. People partying until 3:00 a.m. is news to us as residents have not brought this to our attention. There is a courtesy officer line and Harris County non-emergency line that you can call for complaints. We conduct parking lot checks frequently, but we have had a larger occupancy increase therefore residents who are used to getting premium parking have to walk a little further than usual. Regardless, there is always a place to park. In a perfect world we would love to have pet owners pick up after their pets, but we as management and maintenance do pick up the grounds consistently. Our events are actually quite a hit with our residents having over 40-60 people attend. We had an essential oil class for only 2 months, if you check out our social media you will see ALL of our events (with the exception of the oil classes we had for 2 months) are free of charge to the residents, they get Brunch, BINGO, Taco Tuesdays and much more. You stated "never in my years living here" which shows you enjoyed living here enough to stay for "YEARS" so It seems as though the recent events have caused some frustrations and a negative effect on your opinion of San Antigua. I, personally do not find myself incompetent, as I work very hard to give everyone a pleasant living experience here at San Antigua.

Best Community in the Suburbs

I have lived at San Antigua for almost 4 years now and couldn't imagine living anywhere else! The management is fantastic and is always looking for new ways to upgrade/improve the property. They also host a lot of great resident functions (weekend brunch, food trucks, bingo, and more) which are super fun and you get to meet your neighbors!

Break-ins, no security

In the last year there have been at least a dozen break ins. Cars and apartments, at all times of day and night.
Owners refuse to install security cameras or a night guard or any other solution to this situation.
Secondly, if you end up in an apartment above/below a noisy neighbor or dog who barks all night, management will not do anything about it, nor will they let you out of your lease.
Rents keep going up and quality of living is going down.
