Not up to the mark !

I am current resident in 4116- 2b/2b apartment.

Here are the pros and cons,

Pros:
- Apartment floor plans are beautiful, spacious and nice fixtures especially the first floors.
- Maintenance is good. Turn over time for a request was good.

Cons:
- Walls are thin as paper, if you complaint to the leasing office or courtesy officer, they simple say that they know but cannot help as these apartments are built that way.
- Leasing office staff keeps changing, so if they promise you of any...
specials during your lease signing, make sure to have those terms in writing else they do not honor those specials.
- If you are coming after 11 pm, parking might a bit of an issue.

You can find a much better apartment with better service for the same rent. Keep looking around and consider this as last option.

Resident

I have lived in this apartment complex for a year now and I can not wait to move out. The apartments themselves are very nice and the amenities along with them. The safety is very concerning. I have had my car broken into and the staff did NOTHING about it! I was told I was going to get a call for management but of course nothing. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. I've heard of multiple break ins in apartments and cars. You would think they would install camera or care... for the safety of their residents. We are definitely moving somewhere safer.
