Not great. Things are loud and weird around here. It appears there are no rules?

There are too many dogs here and the walls are too thin. You will hear barking throughout your day and night. Very disappointed.

I have been living at Abbey at Briargrove Park Apartments for over a year, and it has been a fantastic experience! The staff here are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any needs or concerns. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-maintained pool, a modern fitness center, and beautifully landscaped grounds. My apartment is spacious, well-designed, and has all the modern conveniences I need. The community is peaceful, and I feel very safe here. I highly recommend Abbey at... Briargrove Park to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The community is relatively okay. Although, the complex is overpriced for the area, the age of the buildings, and what little is renovated.
Also, the date they gave me for planning the move-in initially was inaccurate. They later told me they still needed more time to prepare the room after I had a move-out letter written for my current living situation. They offered me a couple of months to get out of the problem to change my move-in date, but the problem wasn't flexible and they wouldn't... return the fees. I communicated how my complex needs advance notice, and I would be happy to move in as soon as possible. But, they were not accommodating. I would be very much wary of going back since they failed to provide accurate information initially for fair business planning and failed to fairly accommodate for their failure.

My husband and I have been here for just over two years. It's a lovely, quiet neighborhood with excellent rates and amenities. During our time here our a/c, refrigerator, and dishwasher have all broken down at least twice each. Maintenance was quick to repair the issues. They have even come in late at night when the building lost power. All of our neighbors are super friendly. As dog owners, I think the best perk is the dog friendly environment and the park that's right next door with walk-up... gate access for our convenience. The office even has dog biscuits for our furbabies! The only negative experiences have been vehicle related. My husband's Harley was getting tampered with and he had to store it in his parent's garage for the last year and a half. They live in Tomball, so it's super inconvenient when he wants to ride. The other issue is my husband's truck getting stickered. Parking spaces are unreserved and unassigned. Everyone is entitled to park wherever we want, first come first served. My husband and I work at the same office and drive my car Mon-Fri and his truck on the weekends... His truck was stickered because it had been parked in the same space for more than a few days in a row. The only rule they have about vehicles is no broken down vehicles are allowed on the property. His truck is not broken down, so there was no reason to put a sticker on his truck. Other than that, we have enjoyed our time here. My dog has severe storm/noise anxiety and we don't hear any fireworks on Independence Day or New Year's Day. We are less than ten miles from the office (which has saved a lot of wear and tear on my car, which is approaching 200,000 miles). And, we're really close to shops, theatres, and restaurants. You really can't find a nicer apartment in this location, unless you pay two times more.
