This place isn’t bad, the only downsides are the water being shut off like once or twice a week, but only to a few different buildings every week, most of the time the laundry areas are included so there’s hardly any time to get your laundry done if you don’t have one in your unit already. They just added speed bumps by the gates, personally I thought it was better without them but oh well. Other than that it’s a very chill spot. The ponds have ducks, turtles, and frogs hanging out, which is... pretty cool

So far everything has been quiet and my apartment was cleaned and up to par when I moved in. All the amenities are nice and there is plenty of parking for people to visit.

Staffs are friendly and reliable. Some issues with the main gate are reducing our good experience as residents. The facilities are good, but the trash containers need more attention and maintenance. The trees and gardens provide a sensation of peace.
