We have a lovely home in Central Texas in a small lakeside golf cart community in the Village of Point Venture, Texas... . I am looking for an executive or mature couple looking to stay in sunny Central Texas for a minimum of 3 months starting now through February 2025.

If you are interested in also leasing the guest quarters we will make it available furnished or unfurnished for an additional $800.00 a month plus deposit. Trash, pool maintenance and all landscaping maintenance is included in the monthly rent. The first $150.00 for water and electric is also included in the monthly rent.
