When we moved in, I thought, "This is in new part of town. This was recently built." HOWEVER...they apparently will let anyone live here. Within the first month, while coming home, i am driving around police arresting people!! This happened twice!! Also, if you live here, you must like pot it seems. The smell of pot is everywhere. Yet when you complain, management does nothing. I was getting sick because it was coming in through the vent. yeah. Oh, and don't get on the bad side of... management. It will not go well for you as I found out. BEWARE!!!!!

Overall: Horrible Experience
First ever place of my own and being so excited for myself and two kids, it was the worst. Management is bad, did nothing about a crazy man living underneath banging up. Told me I had to call the police,(no courtesy police). Maintenance is bad and plumbing stinks!! I had to unclog my own bathroom sink, getting underneath the sink and taking it apart, and when they did come to "fix" the clogged dishwasher, it was stopped up again the next day, leak under the kitchen sink, and bugs that just... wouldn't go away. Lease says they spray every 3 months but i recall twice in the 12 months i lived there. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. 0 stars!

Stonebridge of Kelsey Park
The apartments are great for the fact that they include a washer and dryer, water is paid, and a self=cleaning oven, dishwasher, and ice-maker in the fridge.
However, the gates are not in operation and haven't been in service since they were completed in January. This impacts the gym being able to be opened 24-7, then there are several people who are not on the leases who stay with residents, several kids run around unsupervised, and we have had several problems with the pool.
We cannot... get straight answers from the management team.

Great Apartment!
Pros: The apartments are very spacious and nice! The apartments have hard-wood flooring with carpeted bedrooms, and include a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and other up-to-date appliances. The apartments are also located in the Cooper School District. Cons: The apartments currently do not have a manager. I find it concerning that it is going on two months and we still do not have a new manager. We also currently have a RUDE and unprofessional leasing agent who thinks she runs the place. I... understand the apartments are brand new but it has taken WAY TO LONG for the gates to be completed for what is suppose to be a "gated community." Despite these issues my overall experience has been good.
