Locationwise, this apartment is so convenient to Tech. It is well managed and all inspections in the units are done regularly to ensure safety. I like the apartment's activities on special occassions.

My experience has been mostly good. The complex is kept clean and the apartments are nice. Maintenance is fairly quick and the front office is helpful.

Roaches everywhere and very little done to deal with it other than the occasional spray, which doesn’t work. I keep my apartment clean so I really don’t think that one is on me. My apartment was absolutely trashed when I moved in and had clearly not been cleaned at ALL before I got there. Black mold was everywhere. Was not notified that my bathroom sink was completely molded and warped upon move in, which is quite frankly unacceptable. Wasn’t fixed for another 2 months and had no notification... from the front office until a day or two before they decided to come and fix it. Many other utilities in my apartment were damaged as well, including the AC, stovetop, fridge, and the water heating in my bathroom. Water heating issue was never fixed. Communication and accountability are huge issues here. Only real bonuses are the rent and utilities prices (ish) and maybe proximity to campus too. Not sure if it makes up for my overall experience though.
