Apartments need more frequent maintenance, but they’re good in general. I’d recommend at least once a year to check out with residents to do a deep clean and repairs.

I like ULofts. The staff is helpful and nice people. This building is near to restaurants too. Community is good and it is near to Texas Tech

ULofts is good place to live. It is very near to the Texas Tech campus area and easy to catch morning classes. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The amenities here are top-notch! I often use the gym, which has great equipment, and the pool is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The resident events are also a nice touch—they make it easy to meet neighbors and feel like part of a community.
