I like that I’m left alone and my kids are safe to ride their bikes that’s all I ask of an apartment complex, and they deliver nicely. They are also very helpful.

Happy with my choice to live at Braunfels Place! Roxann is amazing and made the application and move in process so easy for me. She was also super sweet, you can tell she takes pride in providing quality care to residents! The complex is well kept and safe and maintenance requests are resolved promptly. My son and I are so happy!

I love my apartment itself. Since living here, some of the neighbors have been quite annoying. The maintenance is quick, friendly, reliable and the front office staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful to us. We have dogs as it is pet friendly establishment, however, I would like to see more neighbors picking up after their animals. I rarely walk in the grass in order to avoid stepping in anything.
