New move in it was a easy fast process thats place is amazing Christian and Mindy where so respectful towards us moving in i think we made a GREAT decision in moving here !! 10/10 !! very well recommended!!

Recently moved into Mill Pond Apartments and the process was so stress free. Mindi and Christian were super helpful! These apartments are beautiful with a reasonable price with such an inviting environment.

We moved into the Millpond Apartments on Monday, April 5th, 2021. We are very satisfied with the apartment. Upon moving into the apartment my wife and I had some questions which were promptly answered and fixed. The apartment is new which makes moving into the apartment very nice. The manager and the assistant have been very open to input from us and are very sociable, positive and personable. When we initially arrived, after hours, wanting to find out more about the apartment, the... assistant and the manager, stayed longer to answer our questions. Despite staying past closing, they made sure we felt very comfortable and at ease as they informed us and were very interested in ensuring our questions and concerns were answered in a clear and concise manner. We did not feel were being pushed out the door and was being asked to return the next day. The amenities are very nice - I have personally used the exercise area which is excellent - great. The pool was not open since I went to the exercise late in the evening, about 8pm. These are brand new apartment that are beautifully designed! The natural light is abundant and the views are amazing pretty much from every building it seems! The property management has been so on point and extremely helpful with move in and everything. I’m so happy to have found this complex!
