Me and my boyfriend have now 4 months of living here and we love it!
The buildings are clean, and the amenities are so great and spaceous, I love getting into the hot tub, everyone is super friendly, and the team member at the leasing office are great!

I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived the management. Staff of Naomi. Andrea and Atleigh are amazing. They are the ones that make this place extra special. The maintenance team is awesome as well.

So far we’ve loved living here. Appliances are a step up, property is kept clean and free of trash or damage, the overall build quality seems better than others that cost more or the same, technology for security and hvac is nice, halls are clean and smell good.
The staff up front and maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful. Any issues we have are taken care of promptly and communicated efficiently. All of this makes the $$ well spent.
Only negatives right now is the parking situation... is tedious due to the construction next door as well as sound pollution from all the building. But this is only temporary. Adding to this, if you’re an EV owner you are forced to buy a garage as that’s the only way to charge. Adding exterior chargers would be a massive pro for those who can’t get garages due to the long waiting lists. But again the property is small and more exclusive so these things sort of make sense.
Overall I’d highly recommend this property!

Lived here for over 3 months now and absolutely love it! The location is right by the freeway and the property is super clean compared to my last apartment!
