In our stay at the apartments they replaced the entire water heater unit. We have had a leaking ceiling. We have had issues with the plumbing and toilet not working. The A/C has been out for over a month and still isn't fixed. These are old buildings that need a lot of work and the maintenance man (there's only one guy for electrical, plumbing, a/c etc. For the whole complex) only works Tuesdays and Thursdays. The whole thing is managed by one lady who is pretty nice, but because she is the only... one to communicate with it makes getting help in a timely manner exceedingly difficult. If you can't fix it yourself, it is going to be a long wait until it is fixed. My final thoughts are this: These are old apartments that need a lot of work. The price is not worth the amount of time you will probably spend with overflowing toilets and going to bed in almost ninety degree bedrooms. Goodluck!

Unkept, not well managed apartments.
Horrible apartments! Management was incompetent, I had lost rent checks, they wouldn't return phone calls, wouldn't resolve complaints. Maintenance was hit and miss, it would take weeks to have things fixed, and then they were rarely fixed properly so they would continue to break. My apartment flooded, rather than taking out the portion of the wall that was water damaged they painted over it, leaving me with a mold issue. So Gross! My husband slipped and fell due to no one shoveling and salting... walkways, when we asked management to shovel they informed us (and the entire building) that it wasn't there responsiabilty to do it. This company is one accident away from being sued. If you are looking at these apartments, stop, turn and run the other way. They are a total disaster!
