I love the community. my household kind of just sticks to ourselves and it’s peaceful here. although from day one of moving in we have had problems with management. our move in date was delayed because there wasn’t anybody in office even though it was scheduled. and we’ve had problems contacting them when theres a question. so other than manager issues, the apartment itself is great.

Great location, not so great management
Management changed hands a few months back, now belongs to catalyst. The neighborhood has gone down hill since then. Parking is ok. Not much storage space in apartments. Location is nice: close to USU, the hospital and all other amenities. Two different styles of two bedroom apts are available. One with a large front room and kitchen in the back. The other with a small front room and a living room/kitchen combined in the back and a half bath. Both have two bedrooms and a full bath upstairs.

Cheap Rent
Very small but we have saved so much money living here. New landlords are great. No complaints. Very quiet neighbors.
