The apartments are very cute, I have had no problems with any neighbors thankfully just one guy who is hard of hearing and plays his TV loudly to compensate! The only problem I have noticed is roaches in my apartment which sent me into a full mental breakdown, but hopefully my roommate and I have resolved the problem enough until it can be fully resolved.

Great layout, and use of space for the apartment, the maintaining of the property is extremely lack luster and seems to need new management or new processes for checks and balances.

Nice, quiet, safe, clean, non-smoking. Staff very responsive. Family friendly. Public park, police, markets, stores, restaurants, highway access - all very nearby/readily accessible.
