It is located on Prospector Ave at Poison Creek in Park City, Utah. It has new appliances in... the kitchen, new carpet, and 1 large 55” flat screen smart TV in the living room. It has a jetted tub in the bathroom, overhead fans, a dishwasher, 1 queen bed, and two futon/sofas in the living room. Cooking and eating utensils are supplied in the full kitchen. There is also an indoor community Jacuzzi and outside swimming pool down the hall from the unit. The unit has 1 parking space. Laundry facilities are in the building. To move in for a long term rental I need $2000+$2000 security deposit and $350 non- refundable cleaning fee. To move in for a short-term rental 5/1/25 - 11/30/25 only the rent is $1795/mo. $2000 security deposit and $350 non-refundable cleaning fee. Electricity is not included but internet is included.
