Block 44 is an excellent complex. The leasing Manager is wonderful. He helps answer all our questions, he’s very knowledgeable, quick to reply and helpful with anything needed. The complex is beautiful, recently repainted and new furniture. A wonderful and safe place to be.

Block 44 is a sacred haven that has been a true joy to experience. The beautifully designed apartment homes, the luxurious amenities, the proximity to The U as well as restaurants and entertainment, make it a true gem. Plus, it hosts an extremely diverse community of residents – which is something I value after having lived in multiple states and countries. Plus, the rental rates for this area are astounding! You really can’t beat it.

My wife and I recently moved into Block44, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home!
The apartment itself is a perfect blend of comfort and style, with modern amenities that cater to all our needs. We’ve been particularly impressed with the natural light that floods our living space, creating a bright and cheerful environment. We are also delighted with the location,... conveniently situated close to shops, restaurants, and parks!
The maintenance team deserves a special mention for their prompt and efficient service, ensuring that our transition into the apartment was smooth and hassle-free.

Block 44 is one of the best residential housing in this area. It feels so premium and is well taken care of. The amenities are plenty and they're are well maintained. Pool is cleaned regularly. The gym has all the equipment we'd usually need. Management is good and they make sure you're satisfied.
