I have been a resident of Riverbend Apartments for approximately eight months. My experience here has been good. The management team is awesome. The maintenance team is awesome and they keep the grounds very pretty and they are dog friendly, which I appreciate it. it’s an older apartment community. They are continually doing upgrades, but I feel that they’re doing pretty good with it for the mostly
