-$35 per month for common area maintenance
-$20 per month for parking
-$15 per month for storage
-$10 per month for tax
-$11 per month utility billing fee
-Electric & Gas will be billed based on usage

Move in Fees consist of:
$350 non-refundable cleaning fee
$250 non-refundable lease initiation fee
$500 refundable deposit – this amount may vary based on application screening results
