Have had a great time living here. Staff have been great in helping with work orders or being kind. Walking pass them and just getting a "hello" is very warming. Have no major complaints in regards to bugs I know that every so I get an email that they are doing a routine pest treatment on my floor but that's every other month or so (mind you there are 24 floors in total). Only thing I can complain is sharing with another property the parking area towards the back just because I had a guest park... in an incorrect spot for the property behind us and got towed. ( its a bit confusing in the middle of the night). The AC system gets turned on and off but its not a major thing, you will defiantly survive. I am so excited for all the new renovation they are doing to make this building great! The noise might be a negative but how else will you get a nice building if you don't do work on it? For that go live in the country side because 18% of apartment complex are estimated to undergo renovation each year. I love love love those Fridays when we have a truck and I do not need to cook AMAZING! We get nice complementary events for the residents. My favorite was pasta mmm yummy only bad side since its a huge building the line is long. Great stay but i wont be able to renew since my job contract is ending but defiantly recommend. I didn't get all my wants but i got some and some extra stuff i didn't know i needed.

DON’T DO IT
Noise from other tenants and construction: it’s brutal and you will hate your life at the lack of peace. There is also mold, crime, and unhelpful awful management. Also I find roaches all the time. I got lured in. Don’t do it.

Great location, but….
Very noisy. Everyone complains about it. Non-responsive management. Promises made (new carpets in halls) but not kept. Some crime in building (prostitution, weed, stealing packages, assaults in parking lot). Constant fire alarms at all hours. Amenities never work. Why would current guests get charged more than new ones with new lease deals? Seems very unfair. As the other write-up said, #CockroachCity. Had two in my laundry machine…. And it’s noisy. I can hear... everything the neighbors are doing.

In regard to the fire alarms, we ensure that all residents are notified in advance during annual testing, as well as and during routine maintenance. We understand that the sound of the alarms can be disruptive, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. However, please know that these tests are a vital part of our ongoing maintenance to ensure the proper functionality of our systems. We also understand your concerns regarding the pricing differences between current and new residents. Our goal is to offer competitive pricing while maintaining fairness for everyone, and we’ll certainly take your feedback into account. Don’t do it
Signed for one apartment, but got a different one with old bathroom. Mold everywhere, but never fixed even after complaining. Replaced appliances with ones that don’t fit, so doors don’t open all the way on fridge and microwave. Noise from other apartments keeps us up at night, but they won’t address it. Marijuana smell is pervasive. Packages get stolen off door. Cockroach city is a new nickname.

Honest review
Pros: Location. Great location.
Cons: unhelpful and incompetent management. Noise is awful. A lot of roaches and mold. Air conditioning is turned on for only a few months, meaning you roast for most of the Spring, early summer, and fall. The noise. The noise. The noise. Packages get stolen a lot. Boy do you get charged extra for every amenity…but you get cheap waffles once a month, so if you think that breaks you even…also the noise. And marijuana is smelling up the building constantly.
