Love My New Place
I just move in a week ago and just absolutely love my new place. Its townhouse living and feels more like a home than regular apartments. Management is great and the service staff has been very attentive and friendly

HORRIBLE
If I could give this property and the management zero, I would. I lived at this property for five years and there were seven different property managers. The property grounds were always a mess due to the constant loitering and drug dealers. There was always a large police presence which did not keep the large loud rowdy groups of people from hanging out on the corners at all times of the night. The maintenance team were absolutely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSINAL. I had a leak in my unit that they... allowed to spread until it reached every room of the unit plus the dining room and kitchen and cause black mold. They relocated me 3 times and after FOUR MONTHS they moved me back into the unit to have the leak start up again that evening while my son took a shower. The practices of the company are appalling. I had to contact the Regional Manager, Arlington county inspectors, an attorney, request a FOIA request and email the owners of AHC Inc for the situation to be taken seriously and even then I had to move because the unit was deemed uninhabitable. Heed my warning and RUN from this place.

rental experience
I live in a ACH property, it is a two bedroom townhome apartment. The good thing about living here is how much they care about my living experience, the mainance is a grade B, management is always concerned about the tenant and the family I like living here its just not big enough now that I need a three bedroom and they don't have anything
