The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful. Each and every time I visit the office they are upbeat and friendly. I have lived here for a while now and I am loving the positive changes that the office is making.

Just all around a hot mess. Not as nice as the cheesy pictures make it seem. Everything us broken. Maintenance isn't the best. My stove has only half worked since I've been here and keep asking them to fix it and they tinker with it and then leave and never fix it properly. It stayed 80+ degrees in my apartment all summer last year because they refused to properly fix my AC. "Its hot, it's just how it's going to be." I have a pretty good list of other issues but that pretty well summarizes it....

I’ve lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The management is great. Very accommodating and professional. Rhonda and Bobbie were always kind and helpful and a pleasure to talk with. I never had much trouble with my apartment. Only light bulbs or smoke detector batteries needing to be replaced and it was always done promptly. My neighbors were nice and friendly. The children in the complex were polite. It was pretty quiet and everyone minded their own business.
